Client Acquisition Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

Hours: 5 hours/week
Compensation: $500/month + 5% commission on closed clients

Our core program, the S5 Suite Academy, a high-touch consulting and coaching experience designed for serious business owners ready to scale through sustainable systems and leadership.

We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Assistant to support our efforts in generating qualified leads and booking sales calls. This is a lean, focused role designed to directly support business growth through strategic outreach and clear systems.

 

What You’ll Do

• Research aligned salon and spa owners using search, Instagram, Facebook Groups, and databases
   

• Conduct warm outreach using pre-written messaging and outreach systems
   

• Pre-qualify leads using criteria and tools we’ll provide
   

• Start conversations and direct leads to book on the Founder’s calendar
   

• Track and manage leads using a simple CRM (HubSpot or Google Sheets system)
   

• Schedule pre-written social media content to support brand visibility and organic lead generation (Canva & YouTube apps)
   

 

What You Won’t Do

• You won’t manage the Founder’s inbox
   

• You won’t be responsible for closing sales or taking inbound calls
   

• You won’t be creating long-form original content
   

• You won’t need to run marketing campaigns—this is focused on lead outreach and support
   

 

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or outreach
   

• Familiarity with social platforms like YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and email tools
   

• Organized, independent, and results-driven
   

• Clear communicator who’s comfortable talking to business owners
   

• Bonus: Experience in the salon/spa, wellness, or luxury services space
   

• Bonus: Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Canva, YouTube, Kit
   

 

Compensation Structure

• $500/month for 5 hours/week
   

• 5% commission per closed client
