The Ardent Factory is proud to announce its leadership role in the BGAP 360 Salon & Spa Cohort 2025 & 2026 year, a groundbreaking program designed to elevate salon and spa businesses across the country through targeted leadership training, strategic operational guidance, and innovative management systems. Led by salon and spa expert Tina Chestnut, The Ardent Factory will mentor a carefully selected cohort of 12 high-potential salon and spa owners in a comprehensive -2 year program from 2025 to 2026.

 

With over two decades of hands-on experience in the salon and spa industry, Tina Chestnut will guide participants through key areas such as leadership development, scalable business models, operational efficiency, and client acquisition strategies—all designed to future-proof their businesses.
