Limited Consulting Call Access: Your access to the consulting calls will be available for a defined period, allowing you to engage in timely and focused discussions to address your specific challenges and opportunities. This structured approach ensures that you make the most of your consulting experience within the allocated time frame. Flexible Usage: Once purchased, you'll have 60 days to schedule and utilize your consulting calls. This flexibility allows you to plan your sessions at a time that works best for you and ensures that you can receive support when you need it most. Execution Plan: You will receive a comprehensive execution plan outlining the exact steps needed to achieve success. This detailed roadmap will break down each milestone, task, and timeline required to reach your desired outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing this service, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Final and Non-Refundable Purchases: Due to the nature of this service, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. In the case of the Focus Call Bundle refund request , only the unused Focus Calls will be returned. In this case, the purchaser will be charged the full price of $500 for each used call, and the remaining balance will be refunded. 3. Responsibility for Implementation: It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to implement and follow through on the provided strategies and recommendations. The Ardent Factory cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as success depends on your commitment and execution. 4. Booking Your Consulting Call: * Focus Call: Includes one consulting call to be redeemed within 14 business days from the date of purchase. *Focus Call Bundle: Includes four consulting calls, available for use within 60 days from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to schedule and utilize these calls within this timeframe. 5. Limited Recording Access: You will have access to the recordings of your consulting calls for 60 days from the date of each call. This allows you to revisit the discussions and insights provided during the sessions. After 60 days, the recordings will no longer be accessible. 6. Scheduling and Punctuality: Please log in for your appointment 5 minutes prior to your reservation time to allow for a smooth check-in process, including resolving any technical issues. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full service charge. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time, with the full service fee applied. Confidentiality: All information shared during the consulting calls will be treated with strict confidentiality.
